Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will establish enduring business relationships with key stakeholders from day one and have the opportunity to expand and advance beyond your current capabilities. A glimpse of your responsibilities
  • You will have specific focus areas within the Product Development department, concentrating on recruiting Engineers, Product, UX, and more.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to address key recruitment challenges.
  • Utilizing various sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to fulfill recruitment briefs and develop candidate pipelines.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, guiding hiring managers on best practices, ensuring progress, and keeping all parties updated.
  • Establishing professional networks in the tech field locally and globally, creating talent pipelines for future needs.
  • Assessing and interviewing candidates for their commercial profiles, evaluating competencies and cultural alignment.

  • Tech Recruitment - you excel in identifying and attracting top tech talent.
  • Interpreting stakeholder requirements and managing the process up to offer stage.
  • Proficiency in using the latest recruitment tools and direct search techniques.
  • Skill in stakeholder management, building relationships based on trust and successful delivery, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Taking responsibility for outcomes, adhering to KPIs, analyzing data, and quantifying your efforts.
  • Developing and implementing campaigns to maximize visibility for niche and hard-to-find profiles.
  • Utilizing your creativity and network to enhance external communications, positioning Betsson Group as the preferred employer.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
