This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and is a 12-month contract with the possibility of long-term employment.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from planning and setting up the req, job posting to offer negotiation & onboarding.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent
- Review and recommend a pool of diverse and qualified candidates for every role
- Proactively source candidates using various tools
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Support and guide managers to meet their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor
- Ensure we deliver a professional and qualitative recruitment process, always delivering an excellent candidate experience.

- You have a Diploma degree in human resources or relevant HR/Talent Acquisition experience, preferrably within LifeScience
- International corporate recruitment experience
- Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Positive attitude towards developing innovative solutions
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability to learning
