Your role will be to attract the best people within the Pharma industry, maintain a strong employer brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and is a 12-month contract with the possibility of long-term employment.

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from planning and setting up the req, job posting to offer negotiation & onboarding.
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent
  • Review and recommend a pool of diverse and qualified candidates for every role
  • Proactively source candidates using various tools
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Support and guide managers to meet their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Ensure we deliver a professional and qualitative recruitment process, always delivering an excellent candidate experience.

  • You have a Diploma degree in human resources or relevant HR/Talent Acquisition experience, preferrably within LifeScience
  • International corporate recruitment experience
  • Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Positive attitude towards developing innovative solutions
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to learning
