  • Sourcing: Utilize various methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to discover hidden talents.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, managing projects and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to identify the perfect match.
  • Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, evaluating their strengths and suitability.
  • Pipeline Pro: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Business Partner: Collaborate with business teams, offering support and expertise to hiring managers.
  • Trend Spotter: Stay updated, suggesting adjustments to keep our talent acquisition strategies effective.
  • Employer Branding Champion: Play an active role in enhancing a robust employer brand on Social Media.
