As we are growing in a fast pace here at Tobii Dynavox, we're dedicated to build a sustainable business while continuously improving our efficiency and enhancing our skills. To complement our talented team of 4 TA Partners, we're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of Talent Acquisition who can help them take our quality and way of recruiting to the next level.

Your role as Head of TA embodies our commitment to excellence and innovation in recruitment. You'll lead our TA team, guiding them from good to exceptional as we strive to attract the right talent to Tobii Dynavox.

In this journey, your will be responsible to drive our recruitment strategy forward from targeting the right candidates to workforce plan look and how we secure talents sustainably. You will also have a chance to work closely with HR, Marketing and other teams for strategies around how to build our brand as an employer (where to be seen, what to campaign and what programs we should have in place etc.)

Here is a glimpse of your agenda:

  • Lead and mentor our global recruitment team, fostering their growth and development.
  • Drive our employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing & communications team, ensuring a sustainable and impactful presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to attract and recruit the best candidates, including employees and interim consultants.
  • Cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion in our recruitment process, towards our ambitious to lead by example in employing individuals with disabilities or are neurodiverse individuals.
  • Design and implement high-quality trainee programs and partnerships with universities to nurture talent pipelines.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external vendors and partners as needed.

Your strategic vision will elevate our recruitment efforts, ensuring we hire the right individuals who align with our company values and ambitions. At Tobii Dynavox, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. You will be connected to various teams such as Business controlling and HR Business Partners to plan ahead setting the right forecasts and hiring managers to equip them with the right toolbox to be able to make the right hires for Tobii Dynavox.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly leading large-scale global projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of developing professionals and fostering team growth.
  • Expertise in recruitment process design and utilization of applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to efficiently interact with with diverse stakeholders from varying levels across the firm.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and overlapping priorities with excellent organizational, delegation and time management skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new approaches and solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as work independently in a fast-paced environment.
