Evolution is expanding, and we are on the lookout for our next Talent Acquisition Partner to join our amazing team in Stockholm for a temporary role that may be extended, as we pioneer new initiatives in one of the fastest evolving industries globally.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the chance to utilize your expertise in crafting and leading the Engineering Talent Acquisition strategy for Engineering Hubs in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Collaborating closely with the Local HR team, you will be tasked with achieving challenging objectives through active recruitment, innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes, all while contributing to the advancement of a leading Talent Acquisition team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing Talent Acquisition strategy and enhancing existing initiatives to enhance the candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.
  • Engaging in the complete recruitment cycle for Engineering positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Conducting thorough and fair interviews with potential candidates, managing their expectations effectively.
  • Networking across the organization to stay informed about business performance and hiring needs.
  • Building external market knowledge to offer guidance to internal stakeholders, including competitor analysis and candidate profiling.
  • Collaborating with the Employer branding team to create effective attraction campaigns.
  • Providing high levels of customer service and ensuring a well-managed talent acquisition process.
  • Supporting the business in candidate sourcing and assessment.
  • Organizing workshops for Leads and Managers with local HR.
  • Participating in recruitment/marketing events and internal recruitment planning.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with relevant TA and Employer branding stakeholders.
  • Representing Evolution externally as an employer of choice.
  • Contributing to various HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated recruitment experience, particularly for Tech and Engineering roles in a fast-paced, ideally international setting.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in recruiting for IT roles at different levels, including senior positions.
  • Familiarity with social media strategies and sourcing tools, with a track record of implementation.
  • Experience managing relationships with third-party and contingent search vendors.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of Sweden's employment law pertaining to Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adherence to deadlines.
