Job Description

Evolution is growing and we are now looking for our next Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fantastic team in Stockholm for a temporary position, with good possibility of extension, as we break new ground in one of the world's fastest moving industries. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity use your skills and experience to develop and lead the Engineering Talent Acquisition strategy for Engineering Hubs in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Working closely with the Local HR team and will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals by actively recruiting as well as developing innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes, and ultimately contributing to the development to an industry leading Talent Acquisition team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Talent Acquisition strategy, as well manage already implemented initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding.
  2. Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to holding interviews and extending offers.
  3. Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
  4. Pro-actively network across the business, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needs.
  5. Develop strong external knowledge of our market to provide guidance and advice to our internal clients/stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etc.
  6. Work closely with the Employer branding team to develop effective attraction campaigns.
  7. Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed.
  8. Where relevant, provide support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidates.
  9. Facilitate engaging workshops for Leads and Managers together with local HR.
  10. Participate in relevant recruitment/marketing events.
  11. Be involved in planning internal recruitment/employer branding events.
  12. Build strong partnership with relevant TA and Employer branding stakeholders.
  13. Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates.
  14. Participate in other HR projects.
Qualifications

Strong and proven recruitment experience, sourcing candidates directly for Tech and Engineering roles within a fast-paced, ideally international environment.

Strong communication skills in Swedish and in English, both verbal and written.

Experience recruiting for IT roles at various levels, including senior/lead roles.

Familiar with the latest social media strategies and sourcing tools (market mapping, intelligence gathering etc) with experience putting these into practice.

Experience managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors.

Skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of Sweden's employment law where it pertains to Talent Acquisition.

Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
