Job Description

As a People Business Partner for the Product Offer Development & Support area, your main role will be to align and execute people strategies while providing valuable advice to business leaders.

The Product Offer Development & Support team consists of about 300 employees and aims to support product offerings by developing business tools, driving change, managing operations, fostering innovation & technology. The People Business Partner position reports to the People Manager of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: collaborate closely with business leaders, align HR practices with company objectives, and deliver effective HR solutions based on business requirements.
  • Cultural Leadership: Nurture and cultivate a high-achieving, growth-oriented organizational culture grounded in strong values.
  • Talent Development: Work together to ensure seamless integration with talent development initiatives, fostering employee contribution, engagement, and retention within the department.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations issues and sustain a positive and compliant workplace, including handling labor relations.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Contribute to workforce planning activities such as staffing forecasts, analysis of talent needs, and succession planning efforts.
Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR business partner.
  • Familiarity with Swedish Labor Law and regulations is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations matters, including labor relations.
  • Background in overseeing talent development, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Practical experience in change management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Track record of leveraging HR metrics and data analytics for decision-making purposes.
