Vi är ett upscaleföretag i Stockholm med sina rötter i Frankrike. Kontoret i Sverige öppnade vi vid 2017 och här jobbar vi med fullt fokus mot Life Science-branschen. agap2 grundades i Lissabon vid 2005 och har sedan dess haft en snabb tillväxt inom Europa, varav vi stöttar inom olika branscher inom gruppen. Här i Sverige erbjuder vi konsultlösningar genom hela produktlivcykeln, alltså uppdrag inom allt från R&D, Produktion & Tillverkning, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Automation, med flera områden. Våra kunder befinner sig i Mälardalen, såsom Stockholm, Uppsala, Södertälje och Strängnäs. Vi rekryterar konsulter med bakgrund inom branschen, juniora såväl som seniora, ingenjörer, apotekare, forskare - you name it

Vårt mål är att göra en positiv inverkan inom en så värdefull bransch. Att kunna bidra till våra konsulters fortsatta framgång och utveckling, att stötta våra kunder i deras projekt och se till att de går framåt, och att på det sättet kunna bidra till Life Science-världen så att läkemedel och medicintekniska produkter når slutpatienten.

Vad jobbar en Business Manager på agap2 med?

Som Business Manager (aka Konsultchef) har du fokus på affärsutveckling och att jobba för agap2's fortsatta tillväxt i Sverige. Huvudsakligen ligger fokus på att förvalta nuvarande kundrelationer och att skapa nya möjligheter med nya bolag inom Life Science-branschen. Med detta ingår även ansvar för rekrytering, i form av att hitta rätt kompetens för rätt uppdrag och fungera som en brygga mellan kund och kandidat. Utöver det här bygger du ditt eget team utav konsulter som du har personalansvar för som med tiden kommer att innebära uppföljningar med dina konsulter, medarbetarsamtal, coaching med mera. Det är därför en dynamisk roll som erbjuder en bredd där det är viktigt att drivas och trivas med att ha flera processer igång samtidigt.

Om teamet

Vårt businessteam idag består utav fyra Business Managers med erfarenhet från affärsutveckling, sälj och rekrytering. Vi söker nu en till kollega till teamet som kommer jobba nära de samt de övriga i agap2-teamet men samtidigt få arbeta självständigt med sina respektive processer och kunder.

Profilen vi söker

  • Högskoleutbildning inom tex HR, business, ekonomi eller dylikt.
  • Med fördel har du erfarenhet och förståelse av Life Science-branschen, men det är inte ett krav.
  • Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i både tal och skrift.
  • Du har B-körkort.
  • Du är mobil i Stockholm.
  • Du har tidigare arbetserfarenhet av en liknande roll och/eller av affärsutveckling, sälj, rekrytering etc, gärna 2-3 år.
  • För att matcha den här rollen är det viktigt att du som person är du utåtriktad, självgående, flexibel, kommunikativ och orädd. Du trivs med att ha många bollar i luften, gillar att vara på språng, att jobba med människor samt tar ansvar och fullföljer ditt arbete från början till slut.
