Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Earthbanc Full time

About Us

Earthbanc is a climate technology company based in Stockholm that develops agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, and ecosystem restoration projects globally, which produce climate and biodiversity co-benefits. Every project we develop supports sustainable livelihoods and income generation because we see farmers and landowners as true partners. In partnership with our clients, we deliver the last mile of climate funding to scale up the implementation of nature-based solutions projects at scale. We focus on agro-commodity market linkages as a sustainable livelihood model for landholders to increase their income and earn a return.

Who and what are we looking for?

We are currently seeking Business Operations Managers to join our team and oversee the smooth and efficient running of company operations. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely project delivery, manage budgets, and contribute to company strategy. The role is very operations- and process-focused, delivering outcomes in planning, analysis, and facilitating calls where collaborative problem-solving happens, finalising outcomes, assigning roles, and ensuring accountability for tasks.

As we continue to grow and transition from a startup to a scaleup, we are focused on enhancing our capabilities with key software tools such as Autodesk, Google, and QGIS. Candidates with experience in these software divisions are highly preferred, as they will play a vital role in optimising our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Additionally, candidates MUST have worked in either forestry, GIS forest projects, carbon projects, tree horticulture, agriculture, or natural resources management, as well as in an actual business manager or coordinator or similar role before.

We are looking for individuals with strong project management skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and the ability to create basic SOPs for data gathering and reporting. Successful candidates will have the expertise to develop and implement new workflows and operational models that can be scaled up effectively.

If you have a passion for operational excellence and the skills to drive growth in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

We value candidates who are passionate about reforestation or regenerative agriculture and have hands-on practical experience in these areas, whether in a personal or professional capacity. Ideal candidates, while not essential, may have grown up on a farm or contributed to managing and harvesting fruit trees, vegetable gardens, or orchards, which aligns with our company's focus on supporting farmers. These foundational experiences benefit a cultural fit and understanding of our company's deep roots in regenerative agriculture.
