Join the EQT Tech Team as a Digital Workplace Manager

At EQT Tech, we recognize the transformative power of technology and collaboration. As a Digital Workplace Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital work environment, ensuring it supports high performance and innovation.

As a part of the global Digital Employee Experience team, we work with colleagues all over the world. The role requires moving comfortably between conceptual-level strategic thinking and a detailed view when working hands-on with business and tech teams across the globe to realize the roadmap. We work alongside some of the industry's top tech professionals from companies like Google, Spotify, and Klarna, in a role that balances strategic oversight with hands-on project management.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategically align technological solutions with business objectives to improve the employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Champion employee-centric digital initiatives, proactively identifying improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to refine strategies and streamline operations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and monitor key performance indicators

Who Are You?

  • You are a true relationship builder with excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership qualities
  • A seasoned professional with at least 5 years in digital strategy or technical project management
  • Adept at navigating global teams and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in English, with a strong ability to communicate across all organizational levels
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or similar, with a solid grasp of both technical and business domains
