As a CRM Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to influence one of our most vital channels, driving the customer journey and contributing to our dynamic growth.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking without losing attention to detail. The ideal candidate is agile and flexible, capable of adapting quickly while maintaining a focus on long-term goals. In this role, you will be reporting to Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the CRM strategy both for campaign newsletters as well as newsletter flows
  • Set a customer segmentation strategy where focus is to maximize the customer experience
  • Set strategies for Customer Lifetime Value and specific market approach
  • Set the CRM Campaign Manager plan on a yearly, weekly and daily level
  • Present relevant KPI's regarding the CRM channel on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Manage the newsletter translation process (we work with 6 different languages)
  • Create and assign tasks to design and copywriting teams based on weekly communication plan
  • Work closely with design and copywriting teams to coordinate the newsletter content
  • A/B Testing email campaigns for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timelines are met across organizations including marketing, design, analytics and external partners

Your Past & Your Skills

  • Degree in marketing or communications and 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge in building customer loyalty and long term retention
  • Familiar with CRM and email marketing platforms
  • High level of attention to detail in preparation of newsletters
  • Ability to successfully multitask and deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong team spirit and a desire to contribute to the team's success
