Vi söker nu en passionerad Business Analyst med stark kompetens i ServiceNow som vill bli en del av vårt växande team
Som Business Analyst har du en central roll i att koppla affärsbehov och kundens processer till tekniska lösningar och främja effektiva processer, produktutveckling och affärsresultat.
I rollen ingår att identifiera och undersöka affärsbehov och förbättringsmöjligheter inom en organisation. Du arbetar med att samla in och analysera information, formulera och utvärdera förbättringsalternativ. Du gör det i samarbete med utvecklingsteam och projektledare för att säkerställa att lösningar uppfyller affärskraven och är lämpliga för verksamheten där så mycket som möjligt av effekterna ur ServiceNow tillvaratas på bästa sätt.
Du och dina Business Analyst-kollegor ingår i vårt 30-mannateam bestående av erfarna ServiceNow-arkitekter och specialister med en jämn fördelning av både kvinnor och män. Här kommer du spela en nyckelroll i att definiera, utveckla och implementera processlösningar för våra kunder.
Kompetensprofil
Flerårig erfarenhet som Business Process Architect och/eller Business Analyst Djup kunskap om ServiceNow och processdesign Förmåga att samarbeta med olika intressenter och förstå deras behov Förmåga att leda ditt utvecklingsteam i agila utvecklingsprojekt Bra kommunikationsfärdigheter, både skriftligt och muntligt Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenskaAxians erbjuder
