Job Description

The Solution Sales Executive for Technology Workflows will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Asset Management and Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. These tools, based on our leading Service Management platform, provide a central source of information for streamlined enterprise processes.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Support territory strategy and planning for improved alignment and execution
  • Provide input to field Account Executives during account planning
  • Ensure alignment with Now Value principles
  • Assist customers in envisioning digital transformation
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap
  • Coach team members on specialty solutions
  • Customize responsibilities to fit territory needs
  • Promote diversity and belonging in the workplace
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • 7+ years of experience in specialty solutions
  • Sales or customer service background
  • Understanding of enterprise sales processes
  • Experience in financial, manufacturing, and retail sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
  • Proficiency in Swedish
