Job Description

The Team:

Join the Specialist Solution Consulting Team at ServiceNow and play a significant role in shaping our future success by driving sales for our Technology Workflows product. In this position, you'll have the chance to impact the revenue growth of one of our key product lines, with support from the sales, product management, and executive teams. You'll be working alongside talented individuals who are keen on sharing knowledge, collaborating, and learning from one another to foster innovation.

The Role:

As an IT Asset Management Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, you'll be the face of expertise in your domain, delivering creative business solutions to our clients by utilizing your technical and business acumen. Collaborating closely with the sales, solution consulting, and wider ServiceNow ecosystem, you'll drive efficient sales cycles and assist customers in achieving success by identifying their business needs, articulating the associated business value, and transforming that into practical use cases to develop tailored solutions. Your role also involves gathering customer feedback to fuel future product innovations. Strong technical, sales, and consulting skills, along with the ability to translate technical features into business advantages, are essential for excelling in this role.

What You'll Do in This Role:

  • Advise customers/prospects on leveraging the ServiceNow ITAM suite to address business challenges and technical obstacles hindering their progress.
  • Inspire with forward-thinking ideas by guiding the evolution of our ITAM solutions.
  • Lead the way in generating and sharing best practices and content to educate peers and accelerate customer value realization.
  • Qualify, scope, plan, and execute customer-facing initiatives such as presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Promote and educate on ServiceNow technology and industry trends at public, client, and marketing events like conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, offering feedback to shape the product roadmap alongside product management and engineering teams to enhance customer support.
  • Be the go-to expert in your domain for market trends and competitive analysis, with a focus on differentiating our ITAM solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on ITAM solutions for customers, the market, partners, colleagues, and coach them towards value-driven decisions with a consultative approach.
Qualifications

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

  • Experience in driving technical initiatives within complex organizations, managing change, and engaging multiple stakeholders across various levels.
  • Ideally, a background in solution consulting or presales in Hardware, Software, Cloud, and Enterprise Asset Management areas, with a solid grasp of related tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with the Asset Management landscape and current industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience in Software License Compliance & Asset Onboarding and Offboarding processes, Contract and Renewal Management, Licensing Terms and Conditions, and Major Publishers.
  • Proficiency in discovery, inventory, and client distribution technologies.
  • A passion for continual learning and building trustworthy business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills covering both technical and business concepts, with fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and experience collaborating with diverse teams.
