What your role entails
As a Presales Senior Specialist, your main responsibility is supporting the EMEA North Sales Team by providing technical expertise on LeanIX solutions to Solution Sales Executives and potential clients.
You will educate and assist current and prospective clients in configuring our product to best suit their needs in various environments. You need to have a good balance of technical knowledge and strong communication skills to simplify complex issues into easy-to-understand language. Collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Product teams, you will ensure that product updates align with customer needs.
- Conduct technical assessments with partners and users to identify business challenges.
- Design customer solutions to address problems and showcase value.
- Manage and nurture partner relationships, meeting customer expectations and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Communicate partner and customer requirements to internal technical teams as needed.
- Lead technical proof of concepts (POCs) successfully.
- Establish a network of technical contacts within partner organizations to promote LeanIX.
Your qualifications
- Over 7 years of presales experience in Enterprise-level B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a passion for technology.
- Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent technical communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in solution selling, using storytelling and demonstrations to guide prospects through digital transformation with LeanIX.
- Experience with cloud platform adoption (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Practical knowledge of application architectures (e.g., DevOps, REST API, Microservices, Container Deployment).
- Familiarity with IT portfolio management frameworks like TOGAF, ITSM/ITIL, CMDB, APM, Cobit.
- Prior experience collaborating with consulting partners, preferably global firms.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and Swedish.
