UPPDRAGET

Vi söker dig som brinner för att bygga smarta lösningar med ServiceNow som plattform. Du kommer få arbeta i en kompetensutvecklande miljö tillsammans med en grupp av drygt 20 positiva och erfarna ServiceNow-utvecklare. Vår filosofi är att försöka undvika långa heltidsuppdrag ute hos kund. Vi ser hellre att du är med i flera olika projekt och åtminstone någon dag i veckan sitter på vårt kontor tillsammans med övriga kollegor.

Vår ambition är att vara bäst i Sverige på ServiceNow. Vi jobbar med utveckling inom hela plattformen och vårt primära fokus ligger på kompetensområdena IT Operations Management (ITOM), Connected Operations, ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management) och HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Vi är själva kunder till ServiceNow och använder ITSM/CSM/ITOM/ITBM/HRSD i dagsläget.

KOMPETENSPROFIL

Som person är du utåtriktad och har ett kundfokuserat förhållningssätt. Du får energi av att träffa kunder, har lätt för att se nya möjligheter och vill lära dig mer. Du är erfaren inom systemutveckling och har de senaste åren jobbat med ServiceNow. Du har även erfarenhet av att jobba som konsult.

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet av systemutveckling och integration från liknande plattformar (HP/BMC/IBM/CA etc), integration via exempelvis REST och SOAP samt har utvecklat med ServiceNow som plattform i minst 3 år. Du är certifierad inom ett eller flera områden inom ServiceNow och vill fortfarande lära dig mer.

Du talar flytande svenska och engelska.
