As an Account Manager at our offices in Sweden, your role involves collaborating with a team of Account Managers to cultivate and maintain a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership with a prominent automotive manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day commercial operations
  • Ensure order accuracy and management
  • Manage change costs
  • Implement alterations and provide logistical support
  • Maintain records of capital investments, tools, and unit cost recovery
  • Conduct ongoing negotiations with clients
  • Lead VA/VE initiatives in line with budget goals
  • Collaborate with fellow Account Managers to uphold consistent business standards
  • Develop and manage the calculation database
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts
  • Assist in seizing new business opportunities
  • Analyze purchasing data versus forecasts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update and report on internal data systems
  • Mentor and guide Account Managers
  • Manage daily commercial operations related to the existing Wiring program
  • Work with global teams to meet customer requirements and internal expectations
  • Regularly communicate with clients and visit operational sites in Sweden and globally
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams and clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field
  • Prior experience with a specific commodity like Wiring is advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years in the automotive sector
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
