We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our European sales team, focusing on Mobility Aftermarket for Off-Highway and Large Engine Customers in the Nordics.

Job Description:
- Drive the integration of Bosch Automotive components into new applications for Nordic Original Equipment Manufacturers in sectors such as agriculture, construction machinery, and stationary engines.
- Manage spare parts sales to dealer networks and distribution professionals serving off-highway clients.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients while actively seeking new opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the European team on strategic initiatives including market analysis, product requirements, and industry trends.
- Engage in sales and business development activities, coordinating with customer engineers, logistics, and product managers.

You will be based in Gothenburg or alternatively in Kista, with travel expected to customers in the Nordic region, particularly Sweden and Norway.

Your Profile:
- Demonstrated sales experience in Business-to-Business technical products.
- Ability to grasp engineering concepts and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Strategic mindset, goal-oriented, and adept at thinking creatively while following processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish are essential.
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Background in sales, business development, customer acquisition, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with Original Equipment Manufacturers preferred.
