What You Will Be Doing:
We firmly believe that everyone deserves an opportunity for financial independence, and aiding our users in managing their debts remains our main focus. In this position, you will not only enhance our current initiatives but also discover new strategies to keep up with the ever-changing requirements of our users. You will collaborate with an outstanding team across various areas, and besides that, you will be at the forefront of our mission, leading the way in creating a culture of innovation and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Moreover, prepare yourself for a diverse set of responsibilities, which include:
- Providing clear and succinct service, both verbally and in writing.
- Utilizing your experience in customer service or support roles to tackle queries and address concerns effectively.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex credit applications while adhering strictly to our credit policies.
- Evaluating suitable candidates for debt refinancing with enthusiasm.
- Contributing to refining our processes and enhancing our customer care standards.
Who You Are:
To thrive in this role, we expect you to have:
- Experience from previous customer service or support roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- A passion for numbers and a talent for solving intricate problems.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English.
And perhaps, just maybe...
- 1-2 years of battle-tested experience in credit assessment.
