This is the perfect timing to join us as we are gearing up to launch our brand-new Loyalty currency and platform, LoyaltyCo, in collaboration with Norwegian Air Shuttle. We are revolutionizing loyalty programs in the Nordics by uniting them through a universal currency, enabling members to access exciting rewards quicker than ever.

As a key player in our team, you will spearhead the transformation of our experiences, engaging in strategic planning, innovative thinking, and hands-on execution. Come aboard the Strawberry journey and contribute to forming a community where each event is an unforgettable memory.

**What you will be doing:**

As the mastermind behind our events and experiences strategy, your role will entail aligning it with our overarching business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive experience/event calendar and associated budgets, with the aim of delivering memorable experiences that resonate with our customers, members, hotels, and partners. Leading a cross-functional team devoted to supporting, promoting, and driving the commercial success of our experience initiatives will be part of your daily routine.

Furthermore, you will oversee relationships and performance with our contracted experience partners, ensuring that Strawberry stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. You will be instrumental in defining and executing Strawberry events, nurturing a community of experience enthusiasts. Training and supervising your team to deliver exceptional support in event planning and execution will be crucial, along with overseeing budgets and the financial impact of departmental activities.

**Who we are looking for:**
  • Extensive experience as an event or partner manager, or a similar role within the experience sector.
  • A creative individual with expertise in marketing, storytelling, and concept development, possessing the knowledge to craft and deliver engaging experiences that foster long-term relationships with our members.
  • Your leadership qualities and past experience will be essential in uniting a high-performing cross-functional team, motivating them to break boundaries and establish new benchmarks for success.
  • Proficiency in budget management and analysis, creating solid business proposals, and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and collaboration across functions to achieve outcomes.

To excel in this position, you should boast exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills, gained through diverse experiences in various industries. Your forte should lie in creativity to develop memorable experiences, maximize ROI, and nurture lasting relationships with our members. **Details:**

You will lead an exceptional team, be a key member of the Leadership Team for Loyalty, and report to the VP Loyalty. Regular travel between our main offices in Stockholm and Oslo will be necessary. We provide a hybrid work environment, and for this role, your home base can be either in Oslo or Stockholm.
