As the Head of IT at HMS, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape. You'll lead the charge in managing IT operations, business systems, and infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality across the board. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

You will be responsible for:

Budget Management:
Take the reins on managing IT budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support ourstrategic initiatives.

Strategic Development:
Craft and execute comprehensive IT policies and strategies that align with our business objectives,driving innovation and efficiency.

Enterprise Architecture:
Define and maintain a robust enterprise architecture framework, laying the groundwork for scalableand sustainable IT solutions.

Project Management:

Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture andbusiness needs while maintaining a focus on timely delivery.


Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiencyand drive business growth.

Vendor Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, overseeing contract negotiations and procurementprocesses to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

System Development:

Oversee the development, support, and maintenance of all local and global systems utilized by HMS,including SAP, BI platforms, and agency systems, while ensuring data integrity and security.


Collaboration:

Partner closely with Hyundai Motor Europe HQ (HME) to implement global security requirements, fosteringcollaboration and alignment across the organization.

In the beginning, you will be on your own, tackling a variety of tasks in a hands-on role.

In the near future, we plan to build a team of one to two individuals to support you in your work.

This provides you with a unique opportunity to be involved in shaping and influencing our operations from the ground up.

Din Profil

In order to be a good fit for this position you should hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.

Additionally, you should possess broad knowledge of IT concepts and technologies, along with extensive experience in IT project management, covering all aspects from concept to delivery.

A background in business and IT alignment is essential.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Experience in the automotive industry is considered advantageous.

You are equipped with strategic vision, capable of not only crafting but also executing long-term IT strategies that anticipate future trends and seamlessly translate them into actionable plans.

Effective communication is pivotal; the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience foster understanding and alignment across the board.

We highly value problem-solving acumen and a Can-Do attitude. You should possess the ability to analyze requirements, leading to the creation of innovative technical solutions.

Adaptability is indispensable in our rapidly changing industry; embracing new ideas and approaches with enthusiasm is not just encouraged but essential.

We place great importance on an ownership mentality - a candidate who takes initiative and propels initiatives forward with unwavering determination and resilience.

Negotiation skills are a significant advantage; securing favorable outcomes in vendor contracts and partnerships not only adds value but also builds mutually beneficial relationships.

Hyundai is now expanding its operations with offices in Stockholm and Malmö.

Currently, we have around 30 employees and plan to strengthen our team to nearly 60 people in the coming years.
