We are looking for a group manager to the team Digital Experience Platforms, one of three teams in the department Digital Experience. Digital Experience is responsible for setting, developing, implementing and governing Scania's digital design and brand identity on a group-wide scale, covering thousands of internal and external applications, in 100+ countries across the globe, for millions of users.

We are about 50 people, across three teams, covering everything from the foundations; brand strategy, digital strategy, UX strategy and technical front-end strategy - to building and providing platforms like our design system Tegel and other platforms within customer and user experience. We also provide the organization with expertise in all fields of design and product development - from business design and service design to UX and UI design, as well as front end developers.

As the group manager of the team Digital Experience Platforms, you will together with the team, be responsible for ensuring that our colleagues across Scania have the right platforms and tools within experience building, to efficiently and effectively deliver on stakeholder needs and according to brand and experience standards. The main delivery of the team right now, is Scania's design system Tegel ), but more platforms and tools are coming.

The ideal candidate is someone who have:

  • Previous managerial experience from cross-functional product teams.
  • Experience from being a part of management teams.
  • Experience from working with change management in large organizations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, develop, recruit and manage a cross-functional team, aligning with corporate, department and individual goals.
  • Ensure that you as a team have a strategy continuously updated roadmap for your deliveries.
  • Help the team prioritize strategic, operational and tactical activities.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the entire organization, to ensure that the team delivers the right platforms, in the right time and of the right quality.
  • Identify and research potential partners and collaborations. In Scania, in TRATON, in the Volkswagen Group and outside of it.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and departments in Scania and TRATON, such as Sales & Marketing, Commercial Operations, R&D, Communication, Brand Management and IT, to identify opportunities, solutions or platforms that will improve the overall digital experience of Scania.
  • Work with external partners, in Sweden and globally.
  • Be part of the Digital Experience management team, in strategic planning and execution.
  • Represent the area of Digital Experience, internally and externally.

  • within both automotive and other industries.
  • Knowledge of design systems.
