Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Stockholm, Sweden - Remote
Storm2 is collaborating with a Stockholm-based leader in global trade finance who have been revolutionizing operations with their digital platform since 2014. Their mission is to bring transparency and efficiency to cross-border trade. They empower users with real-time insights and a streamlined processes, driving value for all stakeholders involved in cross-border trading.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to drive growth strategy and lead sales initiatives globally. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation across diverse geographies and industry verticals. Proficiency in German and French languages is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in sales roles within relevent verticals such as trading, payments or financing.
- Proven success in sales leadership roles within financial services or technology sectors.
- B2B sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- English and German is essential for this role. French is a big bonus.
