Example of tasks:
- Actively coach the sales team towards set KPIs
- Drive sales through a present leadership
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve set goals
- Follow up on sales results and report progress and challenges to the CEO
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to ensure continued growth and success
- Operatively active in the sales process when major new customers are onboard
- Budget responsibility
- Actively drive and contribute to own sales, approx. 40%
- Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team and experience in B2B sales, preferably in both private and public sectors
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous experience in follow-up and coaching towards set KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Prior experience as Sales Manager (B2B), preferably at least 5 years
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive business development
- Results oriented and motivated to reach and exceed set goals
- Good ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Engaged with a strong desire to inspire and lead others
