Then you might be our new Head of Sales B2B GreenBenefits is the B2B concept of Elcykelpunkten for benefit bicycles. We are Sweden's largest supplier of benefit bicycles in the private and public sectors and the fastest growing player in the Nordic bicycle market. GreenBenefits continues to grow, and we are now looking for an experienced sales and business area manager who wants to be part of taking this business to the next level

Example of tasks:
  1. Actively coach the sales team towards set KPIs
  2. Drive sales through a present leadership
  3. Design and implement sales strategies to achieve set goals
  4. Follow up on sales results and report progress and challenges to the CEO
  5. Develop and implement business plans and strategies to ensure continued growth and success
  6. Operatively active in the sales process when major new customers are onboard
  7. Budget responsibility
  8. Actively drive and contribute to own sales, approx. 40%
Experiences:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team and experience in B2B sales, preferably in both private and public sectors
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Previous experience in follow-up and coaching towards set KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Prior experience as Sales Manager (B2B), preferably at least 5 years
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive business development

  • Results oriented and motivated to reach and exceed set goals
  • Good ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Engaged with a strong desire to inspire and lead others
