Afin d'accélérer notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Conseiller clients pour le Portail Auto-Entrepreneur.

Ce stage, en contact direct avec nos clients, vise à les accompagner, par téléphone, dans les démarches administratives liées au lancement de leur activité ; avant, pendant et après la création de leur auto-entreprise.

Ce stage ne nécessite pas de formation juridique, juste une tête bien faite.

Vos missions consistent, de manière non limitative, à :

  • Accompagner et guider nos clients entrepreneurs dans la constitution de leurs dossiers de création d'entreprise vis-à-vis de l'administration française ;
  • Apporter des réponses précises aux questions qu'ils se posent quant à la création de leur société, dans le respect de la charte qualité fixée par l'entreprise ;
  • Être force de proposition afin d'optimiser les process et l'organisation du service ;
  • Mettre en avant les services de Portail Auto-Entrepreneur afin de favoriser la rétention clients

Avant tout nous recherchons une personne motivée et proactive souhaitant être un des moteurs de la croissance de notre société

Une expérience en Relation Client est un plus mais n'est pas obligatoire.

Vous suivez actuellement des études supérieures orientées dans le domaine du commerce/vente et désirez approfondir vos connaissances dans ce secteur.

Vous disposez des qualités suivantes :

  • Très bonne communication orale comme écrite
  • Bonne capacité d'écoute et de pédagogie
  • Sens du service et esprit tourné vers la satisfaction client
  • Fort esprit d'équipe
  • Organisé(e)
  • Diplomate
  • Une bonne compréhension orale comme écrite de l'anglais est aussi souhaitable
