Till vår filial Stockholm - Västberga söker vi nu en passionerad Filialchef. Här arbetar ett dedikerat team av projektledare, kalkylator, administratör och montörer för att leverera enastående resultat till våra kunder.

Med en stabil orderingång och en omsättning på över 100 miljoner, har vår filial en bra lönsamhet och ett brett spektrum av projekt inom både nybyggnation och renovering. Som Filialchef kommer du att ha en central roll i hela affärsprocessen, från marknadsbearbetning till produktionsresultat.

Dina dagar kommer att fyllas med spännande utmaningar som kundbesök, offertarbete, förhandling av avtal och att leda marknadsföringsinitiativ. Dessutom kommer du att ha det övergripande ansvaret för personal, budget och resultat – detta är en roll som kräver både strategiskt tänkande och operativ skicklighet.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har mångårig erfarenhet från branschen, gärna med en akademisk utbildning/examen med teknisk inriktning (vs, bygg eller liknande). Du har tidigare arbetat i en ledande befattning alternativt är redo att ha ett större ansvar och möjligheter. För att lyckas i rollen krävs erfarenhet av att driva och utveckla affärer samt ett stort intresse för personal och att utveckla team.

Vi söker dig som är sälj- och affärsorienterad, samt är en ledare som verkar på ett coachande och närvarande sätt. Du har hög social kompetens och en enastående förmåga att etablera och utveckla relationer, både med kunder och kollegor. Tjänsten kräver ett sinne för struktur och processorienterat arbete liksom en utmärkande drivkraft och vilja att nå resultat med kombinationen människor, teknik, ekonomi och affär.
