Då kunder och marknad för verksamheten finns i hela landet är placeringsort för tjänsten flexibel, men det är en fördel om du har närhet till såväl flyg som tågförbindelser.

I rollen somNational Account Manager arbetar du i huvudsak med komplex tjänsteförsäljning gentemot kunder i hela landet, där du har strategi- och utvecklingsansvar för nykundsbearbetningen inom Industrisegmentet.

Samhall, har redan ett 10-tal Industrienheter, främst i norra Sverige, där ca 450 medarbetare utför en rad olika arbeten så som legotillverkning, kablagemontering, metallbearbetning osv. Kort beskrivet har Samhall en roll som " nischleverantör " av små specialvolymer där det krävs stora inslag av manuellt arbete".

Många gånger kan det handla om arbete där det är:


•Olönsamt att automatisera/robotisera


•För små volymer för att det ska vara lönsamt att bygga en anpassad lina i ordinarie produktion eller att kontraktera annan underleverantör


•Fördelaktigt för kunden att ha produktionen lokalt i Sverige jämfört med utomlands

Samhall kan både vara en viktig aktör för det nystartade bolaget som behöver en nischleverantör av specifikt moment inom produktion/tillverkning eller leverantör till det stora väletablerade industriföretaget som funderar på att flytta hem delar av sin produktion från utlandet till Sverige och söker en konsultativ rådgivare med långsiktigt perspektiv på samarbetet.

Utveckling av befintliga kunder ingår också i uppdraget – men ett övergripande fokus ligger på att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter som bidrar till att du i din säljroll är med och skapar nya arbetstillfällen för Samhalls medarbetare och hittar smidiga och värdeskapande lösningar för Samhalls kunder.

Du kommer bearbeta mellanstora till stora företag och behöver ha vana av att röra dig i "Industriella miljöer" och kommunicera med såväl företagsledningar som operativa produktionschefer. Ytterligare en framgångsfaktor är förmågan att samarbeta med Samhalls lokala/regionala säljare, samt kollegorna i driften. Du ingår i ett dedikerat försä
