About the Role

In this consultative sales role, you will be a trusted partner for our customers, going beyond just making deals. You are key to building and maintaining long-term trustful relationships. This means that, in addition to focusing on car sales, you become the central point of contact for your customers. You become their strategic advisor, focused on creating valuable and sustainable partnerships.

When you invest your time and effort in developing your customer portfolio, your passive income gradually increases. As an Account Manager with us, you work in digital channels, where your phone and computer are your main tools. Physical customer meetings may occur but are rare as we emphasize efficient digital collaborations.

Working Conditions

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during office hours. You will be based at our headquarters in Alvik Strand, centrally located in Stockholm (approximately 10 minutes from the City).

We offer a 4-1 solution with the possibility to work remotely one day. NOTE: Mondays are mandatory as we believe the best way to start the week is together with colleagues during a breakfast (provided by the company).

In this role, you will also be part of a cheerful and motivated team of around 18 people, reporting to the Head of Sales & Remarketing, assisted by Team Lead Sales.

We Are Looking For You If

  • Have previous experience, preferably in sales or customer service or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in B2B sales and/or the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Have a genuine interest in cars and a grasp of sales and customer relationships.
  • As a person, you are trustworthy and always strive to find the best solutions for both the customer and the company.
  • Have a strong drive, are goal-oriented and results-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are comfortable communicating via phone and establishing new contacts.
