About the Position as CX Project Lead:

As a CX Project Lead, you will be crucial to the Nordic Customer Satisfaction team, aiming to secure and enhance a high-quality Consumer Experience across all touchpoints. You will focus on driving improvements in Contact Center and Digital Channels to boost customer loyalty and service efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

As the CX Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading CX projects connected to Contact Center Operations and digital channels. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive project management from start to finish. A critical aspect of your role will be identifying and implementing improvements throughout the Consumer Journey. You will use data-driven decision-making to prioritize actions and proactively address issues in the customer journey through targeted improvement projects.

  • Champion Consumer Satisfaction as the top priority within Customer Service.
  • Ensure successful CX project deliveries; monitor and track progress.
  • Analyze performance data for improvement insights.
  • Regularly report findings and discuss solutions with Touchpoint (TP) owners.
  • Document actions and ensure consistent follow-up and reporting.
  • Identify and share improvement and business opportunities.
  • Measure initiative performance and update the team with relevant insights.
  • Work with stakeholders to address identified opportunities.

Your Competencies:

We are looking for a candidate who takes control and initiates action. you are organized, planning ahead and working systematically to deliver quality service. You possess strong communication skills, effectively persuading and influencing others. Additionally, you are adaptable and managing pressure effectively.
Furthermore, you have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management and experience in Contact Center Operations.

Moreover, you are fluent in English and it's a strong plus if you have knowledge in another Nordic language. This position also requires about 4-6 travel days per month initially.

The position is a full-time permanent employment. The starting date for this position is within a two months notice period. Your location will be at Samsung HQ at Kistawith the possibility of hybrid work.
