ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in turning business needs into digital solutions to join our diverse team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation and improve business processes on our platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure effective implementations.
Global Infrastructure and Security (GIS) supports and governs the fundamentals in the entire IT eco system at SKF, by setting the frame of Infrastructure and platforms, Cyber Security and SIAM (Supplier and Service Integration & Management), within which the different entities can operate in a secure, stable and efficient way.

  • Transform business requirements into documented system and functional requirements.
  • Create and document use cases and business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with requirement owner and business representatives.
  • Ensuring that requirements are understood, developed, tested and delivered.
  • Own the relationship with stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support in prioritization, documentation, and process transparency.
  • Support in estimating workload and liaise with customer, demand managers and project managers.
  • Understand and being able to articulate need for change.
  • Stay updated with releases and features to continuously improve the platform's usage and utilization.

What we are looking for...

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
  • +3 years of experience working as Business Analyst
  • Experience from working with ServiceNow or other platforms to optimize, automate and digitalize business processes is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Business analysis methodology and framework knowledge
  • Proficiency in using agile methodology tools
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements
  • A mindset focused on understanding issues and providing solutions
  • Technical and business knowledge
  • Customer-oriented mindset
