About the Role:

Are you an analytical and ambitious leader with a passion for e-commerce and data-driven decisions? Do you want to be part of creating world-class shopping experiences and inspire an active and sustainable lifestyle? Then you could be our new Analyst & Ecom Sales Manager.

As an Analyst & Ecom Sales Manager at INTERSPORT Sverige, you will play a key role in our digital commerce. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey on our e-commerce platform with a focus on maximizing the customer experience and sales. Leading a dedicated team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that our e-commerce aligns with our overall business strategy.

You will be a key player in the strategic work around e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives, working alongside the marketing manager, development manager, and sales manager as part of our strategic ecom council. Your role involves conducting in-depth analyses to identify customer needs and factors driving optimized conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate customer data to drive data-driven decisions and improvements.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure we achieve our sales targets.
  • Lead and coach the e-commerce team of 3 people to deliver the best possible results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, IT, and sales departments, among others, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail.
  • Is analytical and has experience in working with data-driven decisions.
  • Has good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital tools, with a strong understanding of google analytics and BI tools.
  • Is results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Has good leadership skills and experience in building and motivating teams.
  • Has a relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
