What the company is seeking:

At Cosentino, we are seeking a Builder Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational environment with exciting projects.

Responsibilities of the role:

The Builder Sales Manager will utilize our product range to secure contracts and add value to regional builders. Responsibilities include all aspects of sales and marketing for assigned accounts in residential construction. The role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, being the main point of contact for clients, and collaborating with various segments.

  • SALES
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of stone surfacing products in the new home construction market.
    • Establish and grow relationships with builder accounts by engaging with potential and existing builders.
    • Monitor competitive products and secure contracts for specifications and upgrades.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE
    • Establish builder profiles, communicate product features, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with peers to enhance coordination and customer relationships.
    • Keep updated with pricing, services, and product releases.
  • Business Intelligence
    • Prepare action plans, work on business strategies, and support marketing initiatives.
    • Place point of sale positioning, maintain accurate project details, and execute new product introductions.
Requirements for success:

Knowledge
- 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry/in a similar role.
- 2+ years of experience with commercial industry projects.
- Familiarity with regional developers and house builders.

Skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact at multiple levels.
- Skills in organizing workshops or industry events.
- Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM systems.
