Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers in real time, driving product awareness, engagement, and conversion. Implement nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing programs to guide prospects through the buyer journey, from awareness to conversion and beyond. Manage marketing automation tools and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce, leveraging both platforms to optimize lead management, tracking, and reporting. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to nurture leads and drive conversions. Optimize the performance of our lead magnets, including eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and other gated content, to attract and capture leads and drive engagement. Collaborate with our content manager.  Utilize marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver personalized experiences at scale. Align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and optimize lead qualification and conversion. Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of inbound marketing efforts and identify areas for optimization and improvement. Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in inbound marketing, automation, and sales alignment, incorporating new strategies and tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in inbound marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation in a B2B environment. Strong understanding in email marketing, along with proficiency in content marketing, social media, and marketing automation, understanding how each component integrates to optimize campaign performance. Experience with Pardot/HubSpot and Salesforce, including setup, configuration, and integration, with a deep understanding of lead management and tracking processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, able to interpret campaign metrics, track performance, and identify actionable insights. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives. Results-driven and performance-oriented, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. Passion for marketing and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Experience in HR, talent acquisition or employer branding is an advantage. Proficiency in French or German is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing) are a plus.
