Description Overview
We’re looking for a creative superstar that possess a passion for building strong relationships & wants to join us in successfully driving our ACO brand together with the influencer community & PR in all Nordic markets. The right candidate will be a key player in accelerating and further developing our influencer marketing and PR activities. You will be joining an innovative, fast growing and winning international company with passion for the digital arena.

Working with influencer marketing at ACO means that you are in charge of, and in close contact with, some of the biggest influencers in the Nordics, you’ll also become an expert (if you’re already not) within skincare, but most of all – you get great trust in driving your expertise through your role.
The position is a 1-year maternity leave cover and will be placed in our Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm. The role is part of the inhouse creative team called “The Hub”, where you work closely with other expert roles such as Graphic Designer, Content Manager, Media Buyer & Social Media Manager. The role reports to our Creative & Content Lead.
• Be the owner and go-to person within Influencer Marketing & PR for ACO, Cosmica & Cliniderm across Nordics.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure strong, commercially driven Influencer and PR executions.
• Maintain relationships and be the point of contact with key influencers and external partners/agencies within the influencer community.
• Budget responsibility and optimization for influencer marketing activations.
• Plan, create, execute and measure Influencer Marketing campaigns to ensure set KPI's
o Plan and create;
• Engage, negotiate and plan together with external partners to ensure best possible outcome of campaigns
• Work close with E-Commerce team & Media team to secure timings
• Ensure right KPIs and clarify expectations through clear briefs to participants
o Execute and measure;
• Ensure external partners receive necessary info to brief participant and secure campaign set-up works flawlessly
• Collect relevant data points for measuring success
• Lead ROI optimization for Influencer activities to ensure campaigns deliver according to business case
• Share and apply learnings for ongoing optimization
• Take ownership of creating a strong PR plan across all markets, and act as a natural link and contributor between PR agencies and Brand Managers for executing PR activities such as creative send-outs, press releases and events
- Minimum 2-4 years of working with Influencer Marketing and/or PR, experience from FMCG, digital agency or e-commerce with a proven track record of delivering business results and driving brands
- Fluent in Swedish & have a strong proficiency in English
- Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape in the Nordics and insights in the respective markets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in parallel
- A passion for digital and ability to inspire and influence others
- An entrepreneurial mind-set, with a curiosity to try new things
- Strong business acumen with passion for delivering against performance metrics such as market share, penetration and sales.
