Are you our new Global Investors Relations Director?

The Global Investors Relations Director will Lead the delivery of the Intrum investor story and develop a best in class IR programme recognised by the investment community.

Acting as a compelling spokesman to investors, analysts and the broader financial community and other relevant external stakeholder ensuring compliance with market regulations regarding investor communications.

What will you do:

  • Lead the delivery of the Intrum investor story and develop a best in class IR programme recognised by the investment community.
  • Act as a compelling spokesman to investors, analysts and the broader financial community and other relevant external stakeholderensuring compliance with market regulations regarding investor communications.
  • Position Intrum in forums to reach the right investors.
  • Drive a highly professional process around Quarterly and Annual financial communication and reporting, driving structured feedback loops from the market to relevant key stakeholders.
  • Deliver Intrum’s investor publications at high market standards, ensuring high levels of analytical rigor, accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messages in all communication with the investor community.
  • Study and analyze Intrum’s investors and produce target studies to ensure that Group CEO, CFO and management meet the most influential investors among existing and potential shareholders.
  • Prepare the investor relations report for the Board, identifying changes in ownership and market view on Intrum and its competitors, providing expert advice to the Board and key executives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Finance experience - 10+ years´ of Finance experience from related roles in a financial services' context (e.g., senior roles within investor relations, equity or credit research, etc.).
  • Financial services industry experience - Preferably a background from a similar or adjacent industry to gather and disseminate knowledge and develop initiatives that will promote the Intrum's leadership in the industry.
  • Multi-geography experience - Worked in international, diversified businesses, and thus be comfortable working across cultural and geographic boundaries.
  • External relations experience - Bringing the experience of communicating/ partnering with external stakeholders, including analysts and investors.
