Could you be the full-time Program Development Hardware Engineer in Vasteras we’re looking for?

 

Your future role 

As Program Development Hardware Engineer you shall coordinate, in collaboration with the Group Manager, the work packages within the Program. You will manage projects, activities, high level planning, stakeholders, and resources. You will also lead the Program development activities as well as sprint planning. You will support the Group Manager and the team with agile methodology.

 

We will look to you for:

  • Being Work Package responsible for two-three larger cross functional activities
  • First point of contact against stakeholders outside HW Team, interaction and feedback internally with colleagues outside of the team (E.g. obsolence, production issues GPV, service, traction)
  • Analyze together with Group Manager resource utilization and reduce risk of delays in programs and task commitments from the HW Team
  • Identify gaps, issues, follow up& monitor progress, coordinate and distribute tasks,
    highlight decisions needed

  • Experience or understanding of engineering and product development

  • Fluent in English and preferably Swedish
