Your job

Zumtobel Group are recruiting for a Sales Professional in Göteborg to grow the Outdoor Lighting profile of the region. You would call on the likes of Municipalities, National Road Authorities, Energy Companies, M&E Consultants to drive opportunities to achieve profitable growth.

Your remit will include:
Understand the area of Outdoor Lighting sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth. Develop and implement professional account plans for key customers in line with guidance from Sales Manager. Effectively select and manage key projects to achieve high levels of profitable project conversions. Work with Sales Manager to build and maintain a broad mix of key account types including including Municipalities, National Road Authorities, Energy Companies, M&E Consultants and Installing Contractors who specialise in Public Lighting. Develop broad based personal contacts in key accounts and projects to facilitate effective sales & business development. Take ownership of the personal sales budget and deliver specifications, sales, margin, mix and conversion results in line with agreed objectives. Your profile What we are looking for
An understanding of the lighting, LED and/or smart building sector. Relevant experience in an outdoor Iighting focused sales role. You are a great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
