Om tjänsten:

Som finsktalande Customer Service Agent på deltid kommer du att kombinera dina studier med en meningsfull arbetsuppgift där du hjälper kunder att förbättra sin ekonomiska situation. Du kommer att arbeta cirka 10-20 timmar per vecka och vara en viktig del av teamet som erbjuder stöd och rådgivning till våra kunder. Din insats kommer att göra en skillnad, och du får möjlighet att utveckla dina färdigheter inom kundservice och fintech.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter:

Som deltidare kommer du att ha flexibla arbetstider som passar med dina studier, och dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

•Ge tydlig och professionell kundservice, både skriftligt och muntligt.

•Hantera och lösa kundförfrågningar med hjälp av din erfarenhet och utbildning.

•Assistera med att analysera kreditansökningar enligt företagets policyer.

•Hjälpa till att förbättra kundserviceprocesserna och höja kundupplevelsen.

Vi söker dig som:

•Studerar och söker ett deltidsjobb, gärna med flexibilitet på 10-20 timmar per vecka.

•Har utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter på finska och engelska.

•Har erfarenhet av kundservice eller supportroller, eller är intresserad av att utveckla dessa färdigheter.

•Är analytisk och gillar att lösa problem, med en extra bonus om du har erfarenhet av kreditbedömning.

Övrig information:

•Start: Snarast, med hänsyn till dina studier och eventuell uppsägningstid.

•Plats: Stockholm, med möjlighet till distansarbete.

•Omfattning: Deltid, 10-20 timmar per vecka.

•Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning med möjlighet till förlängning.
