ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER BRASSERIE DRAKEN 

1 oktober 2023 slog vi upp portarna till Magiska Hotel Draken och Brasserie Draken på Järntorget. 

Stadens nya spektakulära kulturscen till mötesplats med 34 våningar, 474 rum och 13 mötesrum. 

Draken som är över 100 meter hög är Göteborgs högsta hotell och här bjuder Sky Bar och Restaurangen på en magnifik utsikt. 

Biografen, Biblioteket, Drakens Spa och Vågen är de naturliga platserna att hänga på. 

Här har vi skapat ett nytt vardagsrum, en plats att vara på oavsett anledning. 

 

Menyn på Brasserie Draken erbjuder uppdaterade tolkningar av välkända klassiker blandat med restaurangens egna unikt framtagna rätter. Menyn influeras av köket på det franska brasseriet så väl som västkustens råvaror och allt serveras med en internationell twist. Råvarorna är noga utvalda, det öppna köket bjuder in gästerna till att se maten tillagas och utvalda rätter förbereds framför gästen vid bordet. Brasserie Draken har en välsorterad vinlista med eftertraktade och unika årgångar som handlas på auktion

Assistant Restaurant Manager rapporterar till Restaurang Manager

 

Tjänsten innefattar ansvar för:

  • Att genom avdelningens personal skapa en oförglömlig upplevelse för restaurangens/hotellets gäster 
  • Att ständigt verka för ökad lönsamhet och att nå uppsatta prognoser/mål för avdelningen.
  • Ansvarig vid RM frånvaro för hovmästare, servis, sommelier och extra personal
  • Ansvarig att bibehålla gott samarbete mellan avdelningarna på hotellet

 

I tjänsten ingår:

  • Förväntas vara i driften och skall vara kapabel och villig att utföra alla de uppgifter som utförs av avdelningens personal
  • Schemaplanering i samråd med RM
  • Arbeta aktivt med Waiteraid/bokningssystem optimering
  • Ansvara tillsammans med RM att alla på avdelningen själva och dagligen har klart för sig hur de förväntas bidra till resultatet
  • Arbetstiden varierar mellan dagar/kvällar och helger
  • Drivande för merförsäljning på avdelningen
  • Vara uppdaterad och kunnig i hotellets brand- och säkerhetsrutiner
  • Ansvara för att företagets policy efterlevs i teamet
  • Ansvarar för eventuella nyrekryteringar inom avdelningen, dock alltid i samråd med RM 
  • Supportera RM med användande av tidrapporteringssystem för personalen
  • Ansvarar för att beställningar av förbrukningsvaror tillhörande avdelningen utförs
  • Arbetar tillsammans med RM fram rutiner för avdelningen och ansvarar för att dessa följs
  • Ansvar för att löpande följa upp kundnöjdhet i Loopon och snabbt agera vid behov för kompensation
  • Leda och fördela arbetet ”front-of-house” inom avdelningen
  • Kassahantering (separat instruktion skall signeras av all personal)
