Aira's mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions, creating intelligent, sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. Starting with innovative heat pumps, it will evolve into a comprehensive, intelligent clean energy-tech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs, cutting-edge home solar systems, and advanced battery storage solutions.
Founded in 2022 with already 300 employees and growing, Aira aims to drive the clean energy revolution. We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and our factory in Poland brings these innovations to life, with operating markets in the UK, Italy, and Germany.
About the role
Is it time to join an innovative, international and exciting scale-up company which is expanding very quickly and looking for the right person to come and join our dynamic and passionate team?
We are now looking for our first People Partner to our Group offices in Stockholm and Helsingborg/Markaryd, Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing processes and ways of working to support with all People related tasks in conjunction with the Chief People & Culture Officer to the employees and managers in Sweden, approximately 150 people today.
Your contributions will directly impact our goal of making homes around the world more environmentally friendly. We are looking for someone who is engaged, passionate, brave and thrives in a high-paced environment where change is a natural element and also someone who is a strong team player. What you mainly will be focusing on
Working closely with the wider People Community across our markets to develop best practice and learnings. Acting as a proactive sparring partner for employees and managers at the Swedish offices in Stockholm and Helsingborg/Markaryd, in all People-related topics. Supporting managers in achieving employee-related KPIs such as leadership margins, absences, turnover, diversity, development cycles Continuously look at ways we can improve People admin processes. Responsible for working with, updating and maintaining the HRIS. In conjunction with the Chief People & Culture Officer develop our benefits offering and support in the management of such schemes. Partnering with the external payroll provider in order to smoothly run the monthly pay-cycle. Provide reports and analysis on headcount and labour cost and related issues Support with the development of wider people initiatives including the role out of company visions and values and other such programs to support our EVP. Conceptual work in the areas of performance management, learning & development and culture & labor relations Act as an ambassador of the culture and help drive this through the Group functions as we grow and develop.Who are you
You have proven experience in fast-growing scaleups with a large portion of uncertainty in combination of high ambitions and goals.You have experience of developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing a range of People working and employment practices.You have experience from an organisation with strong Core Values and Leadership behaviours and are attracted by implementing and work with these areas in our two Swedish offices.You have expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and different marketsFamiliarity with tools like Personio, MBTI, Hogans Inventory is a plus.Skilled in creating an open and transparent communication with stakeholders across diverse locations.What is in it for you?
