Nu söker vi en Learning & Development Specialist till Vattenfall

Du kommer att tillhöra avdelningen L&D Strategy and Portfolio som driver den strategiska förflyttningen av Learning & Performance globalt på Vattenfall. Teamet arbetar nära stakeholders och kunder inom våra olika affärsområden i Sverige, Tyskland och Nederländerna.

I ditt ansvarsområde ingår att driva dialog och utveckling kopplat till lärande i flera av våra affärsområden. Rollen innebär stor frihet och eget ansvar att driva arbetet framåt i dialog med affärsområdet. Du är både ett strategiskt stöd kopplat till frågor som rör lärande och utveckling, och ansvarar för att inventera och följa upp behov kopplat till kritiska förmågor. Tillsammans med kollegor i och utanför teamet planerar, prioriterar och genomför du lärandeinsatser i linje med våra strategiska prioriteringar. Vidare kommer du att arbeta med system-, process- och konceptutveckling eller projektledning för olika lärandeinitiativ; till exempel kopplat till vårt digitala ekosystem för lärande, vår performance-process eller något av våra globala utbildningsprogram.


Your profile


Vi söker dig som har…

Förmåga att navigera och driva utveckling i komplexa organisationer Erfarenhet av att arbeta med digital utveckling och ett datadrivet förhållningssätt inom lärande, pedagogik, beteendevetenskap projektledning och/eller förändringsledning. Erfarenhet av stakeholder management Förmåga att inspirera och utveckla verksamheten till nytänkande och innovation Vana att arbeta med LMS, gärna också LXP Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du också har en för rollen relevant akademisk utbildning. Till exempel inom pedagogik, personalarbete, beteendevetenskap eller teknik.

Som person är du en god relationsskapare och kan samarbeta med andra för att nå gemensamma mål. Du lär dig genom att experimentera och tänka nytt när du ställs inför problem och kan ta dig an nya utmaningar med en känsla av energi och entusiasm.
