About the role
As the Re-pack Planner Nordicsyou will focus on delivering flawless execution of re-pack planning in cooperation with 3rd party service providers for the whole Nordics. This is an opportunity to make an impact in and drive improvement projects forward on an area levelregarding repacking activities.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with 3rd party service providers to ensure timely availability of promotions and customized products:
Provide necessary documentation to enable correct and feasible productions of re-packs.
Weekly capacity calls on production plan & setting priorities and remedy plans.
Execute monthly stock reconciliation.
Verify waste and return excess & damaged stock to warehouse.
Tracking stock level to meet inventory targets to ensure service level for customers whilst minimizing inventory costs and residual stocks.
Work with external partners and negotiating price and services of re-pack materials provided to 3PL to conduct re-packing activities.
Provide visibility to demand, supply and customer service teams of any possible supply issues and recovery dates.
Close collaboration with sales and marketing department, agreeing and setting plans for repack execution, volumes, customer timings and cost being key measurements.
Manage NPI’s connected to re-packing, alterations of old or launches of new sku’s.
Manage stock levels for new products and relaunches by managing phasing out / phasing in for repacked SKU’s.
Maintain the material master data set-up for repacked items including bill of material.
Ensuring master data is sufficiently populated to meet market requirements.
Identify and work with commercial stakeholders in resolving residual and slow-moving stock.
Takes overall responsibility for re-packing management including meeting quality and regulatory standards.
Maintain and use set gatekeeping activities for all launches qualifying as re-packs in accordance to working instructions.
Being a part of Nordic Customer Service team having capability to support the customer service team with their tasks.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Strong project management skills
2 years of experience within Supply Chain.
Bachelor's in Supply Chain/ economics/ engineering/ administration.
This position is based in the Nordics; Sweden, Norway, Finland or Denmark.
Preferred
Fluent in English and one Nordic language is preferred.
