We are currently looking for a  Partnership Manager (f/m/d) - Security Solutions / Access Control  to join our Digital and Access Solutions (DAS) business segment. This role will report to the Commercial Development Director, DAS EMEIA. Ideally, you'll join our team in Berlin, Germany, but as an alternative, Stockholm, Sweden,Graz, Austria and Krakow, Poland could also be an option.

What you would do as Partnership Manager, DAS EMEIA


We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager with extensive experience in managing business through alliances to drive strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Your role will be to grow and strengthen our partner ecosystem, aiming to establish a first-class DAS EMEIA partnership network that delivers exceptional value to the business segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-value partnerships, defining operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Engage with potential OEM partners to expand our network and improve product offerings Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives Monitor and evaluate OEM partnership performance, providing regular updates to senior management and identifying areas for enhancement Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities Implement operational frameworks for managing partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration, and develop standard operating procedures and best practices Oversee the drafting, review, and management of partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and handle renewals and amendments as needed

The skills and experience you need
We are seeking a candidate with:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Significant, demonstratable experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role Proven experience in engaging and managing relationships with OEMs Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances and their value creation for the business Ability to influence business leaders and decision makers, both internally and externally Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience working in an international, matrix organization Industry-specific experience in the security, access control, or related fields (e.g., locking solutions, door hardware, or building security products) is required
