Analytics Manager

We are now looking for an Analytics Manager, Procurement.
This is a temporary role until 2025-12-31, with potential prolongation.
You will be part of our Procurement team with the purpose to secure competitive and sustainable sourcing to Billerud. The function consists of a total of 50 persons across our Billerud sites.
As an Analytics Manager, Procurement you will be a key player in the analytics, reporting and development within all parts of the Procurement function.
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop and perform analysis within the Procurement area
- Develop and maintain the Procurement function tools for analysis
- Reporting of the Procurement functions results, forecasts and KPI's
- Support the Procurement function and different teams on advanced analytics, tools and methods
- Involved in the company wide efficiency program
- Actively take part in the Procurement Management Team and tasks that derive from this forum
- Assist Vice President Procurement in analytics and reporting as needed

- Academic degree within a relevant area, for example in economics or engineering
- Very good analytical abilities
- Experience from working with complex data management
- Very good skills within Excel and Power BI
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
Beneficial experience: previous experience working in procurement and/or previous experience working in process industry
