With successful project execution and depending on business needs, there is potential to extend the contract.

As a Client Service Director you will be responsible for all ongoing communication in the Nordic & Baltics region for one of our main Power of One clients. This role is primarily characterized by solid knowledge and experience in project management, communication and media.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage client communications briefs , ensuring clear expectations and deliverables for all involved, with particular attention to project scopes and milestones.

Design and oversee detailed project timelines , actively managing and adjusting schedules to optimize workflow and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

Maintain and deepen client relationships through regular updates and meetings, effectively managing expectations while being attuned to long-term goals and immediate project needs.

Lead the project planning process , converting client business objectives into actionable project plans and schedules that align with broader strategies.

Coordinate project teams and resources across several markets , ensuring optimal allocation for efficient campaign execution, and providing detailed reports and conducting thorough follow-ups.

Manage all project contractual aspects , including scope agreements, billing, and compliance with client agreements, ensuring clear documentation and adherence to terms throughout the project lifecycle.

Direct project budget management and profitability analysis , ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and meet financial targets, including the tracking of expenditures and media spend.

Facilitate strategic project reviews and proactive discussions about client growth opportunities, analyzing project outcomes to inform future engagements and business development efforts.

Manage project management - and finance tools , to meet project milestones and successful campaign delivery.

Serve as the primary point of escalation for project issues , solving problems efficiently and proactively to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

In order to thrive in this role we believe that you have a minimum of 5 years working experience from the media and communications industry. You have track record from successfully leading and building strong relationships with clients to develop and grow their business. We place high value on your ability to work in a structured manner with an optimistic, solution-oriented, and upbeat attitude.

Has excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Is a skilled self-leader with the ability to successfully lead and support a cross market team and client Boasts a genuine sense of business as well as a deep understanding of the media industry. Digital knowledge is meritorious Is proactive, daring, engaged and responsible. Values collaboration and has a collective mindset Experienced in engaging and coordinating with multiple international stakeholders Is a great problem solver that is resilient to stressful situations under pressure and with tight deadlines, able to identify possibilities and adapting easily to change with an open mindset and positive approach Has a “can-do” attitude and will easily roll up your sleeves to deliver on goals and plans. Communicates clearly and is fluent in both Swedish and English
