In qualità di Sous Chef Junior, sarà responsabile di collaborare alla creazione del menu e alla gestione e formazione del team di cucina, per offrire un'esperienza eccellente a ospiti e dipendenti. In qualità di Sous Chef Junior, dovrà anche gestire il controllo dei costi degli alimenti. Nello specifico, avrà la responsabilità di eseguire le seguenti mansioni, sempre mantenendo standard ottimali:

  • Contribuire alla creazione del menu
  • Gestire e formare efficacemente la brigata di cucina per avere un team motivato e ben organizzato
  • Garantire in ogni momento la coerenza nella qualità dei piatti
  • Gestire le relazioni con il cliente, se necessario, in assenza del Sous Chef
  • Assicurare che le risorse disponibili corrispondano alle necessità aziendali attraverso un'efficace gestione dei turni di lavoro
  • Promuovere gli standard del marchio attraverso la formazione e la valutazione del vostro team
  • Gestire il controllo dei costi degli alimenti per contribuire positivamente alle entrate del reparto Cibo e bevande
  • Conoscere le attività degli altri reparti e le loro implicazioni
  • Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di igiene alimentare e salute e sicurezza
