Culinary Artist

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Radisson Blu Waterfront. As a culinary artist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our restaurant and banquets.

• Develop and execute innovative menu concepts in collaboration with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain exceptional cooking skills and creativity to consistently deliver outstanding dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Formal culinary training and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
