Culinary Artist

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Culinary Artist to join our team at Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Stockholm. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our restaurant and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for our restaurant and banquets
• Maintain consistency and excellence in every dish
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create innovative menus
• Support with inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

• + 5 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Exceptional cooking skills and creativity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Formal culinary training is required
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
