What's Cooking: 

As a Sous Chef, you're not just a chef; you're a culinary maestro. Your role will be as diverse as our ever-changing hospitality world, with responsibilities that include:

Leading the kitchen team in the absence of our Head Chef. Collaborating with the Head Chef to plan and direct food preparation, ensuring culinary excellence. Mastering the art of inventory management and supply control. Safeguarding kitchen safety and sanitation standards, upholding Swedish regulations. Directing the food preparation process, delegating tasks like a seasoned conductor. Assisting in staff scheduling, daily station work (hot or cold), and ensuring seamless service. Championing consistency in food quality throughout service. Setting the gold standard for performance, appearance, and punctuality. Prioritizing health and safety, making the kitchen a model of compliance. Keeping a close eye on stock and minimizing wastage. Leading monthly inventories when needed.

The Recipe for Success: To rock this role, you'll need to bring:

Previous experience in a similar culinary position. A love for structure and superb organizational skills. Formal culinary training that's the foundation of your culinary prowess. A penchant for thriving under pressure during busy services. Ambition to shine in a high-paced, high-standard kitchen. An outgoing personality that fosters seamless communication with colleagues. The ability to work independently, taking full responsibility for your tasks. Unwavering professional ethics and an unwavering commitment to quality. Fluency in verbal communication, either in Swedish or English.
