About the Role

As a Business Development lead, you'll join our growing Commercial Team, working closely with our Client Directors, Delivery Leads, and Marketing to drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships. You'll play a central role in accelerating our commercial growth — helping to shape how some of the most recognized brands in the Nordics think about digital products and innovation.

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll identify, engage, and nurture leads, turning opportunities into meaningful long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation to signed contract.
  • Identify new business opportunities across enterprise and scale-up clients in Sweden and the wider Nordic region.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, and tech leaders to shape client proposals and pitches.
  • Represent NoA Ignite at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Help refine our go-to-market approach, messaging, and tools for lead management.

Who You Are

  • You're an experienced sales professional (5+ years) with a proven track record in selling digital services, tech consulting, or creative/agency solutions.
  • You have a strong network within enterprise or mid-market companies, ideally in sectors like retail, fintech, or mobility.
  • You thrive in consultative, relationship-driven sales.
  • You understand digital transformation, design, and product development — and can speak confidently about the value they bring.
  • You're proactive, curious, and comfortable balancing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.
